  • Youth/Teen Beginning Improv

    Dates: Monday July 13 - Wednesday July 15

    Ages: 11-17

    Time: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

    Description: This class is a fun, supportive, and low-pressure workshop where youth learn to create scenes, characters, and stories on the spot without a script. It includes theater games and exercises to teach foundational skills such as active listening, collaboration, and confidence.

  • Youth Mixed-Up Fairytales

    Dates: Monday July 13 - Thursday July 16

    Ages: 5-10

    Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

    Description: This class is great for newcomers to theater. In this fun nightly 1 hour class, students will explore the elements of storytelling and acting while creating their own mixed-up fairytale. Students will discover how changing characters, settings, and plot twists can transform an entire story. Through exciting acting games and improvisation, students will bring their imaginative tales to life while building confidence, creative skills, and teamwork.

  • Adult (18+) Improv

    Dates: Monday July 20 - Wednesday July 22

    Ages: 18-up

    Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Description: This class is a collaborative, supportive workshop where participants learn to create scenes, characters, and dialogue on the spot without a script. Often described as "adult playtime," these classes focus on spontaneity, active listening, and team-based creativity.

  • Adult Intermediate Acting

    Dates: Monday July 20 - July 22

    Ages: 18-up

    Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Description: This class is offered to performers with some previous experience in acting. Participants will explore advanced acting techniques which will assist the actors in raising stakes and gaining deeper emotional connection and physicality when creating characters.

  • Teen/Adult Musical Audition Prep

    Dates: Monday July 27 - Wednesday July 29

    Ages: 13-up

    Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

    Description: Want to feel more confident at auditions? This class is perfect for teens and adults who are new or experienced actors who want to hone their skills! Participants will gain an understanding of the basics and how to choose a perfect audition song. You’ll know how to find a 16–32 bar cut and how to prepare it. You’ll gain skills in how to tell a story through song in an audition and what to expect at a musical audition. In short, this class will help performers give their best musical audition.

  • Lights, Curtains, Action! Youth/Teen Theater Workshop

    Dates: Monday August 3 - Thursday August 6

    Ages: 8-17

    Time: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    Description: This four-day workshop is designed for both experienced performers and newcomers to theatre. Throughout the week, students will be acting, dancing, singing, and learning essentials of theatre. The workshop is designed around the students’ personal talents, interests, strengths, and experience levels. Students will gain hands-on experience in theatre performance, creativity, and building confidence and collaboration. The workshop will culminate in a talent/variety show on Thursday August 6 at 3PM. All family and loved ones are invited to celebrate your child’s creativity and hard work.

    Fee: $200.00

    Class Limit: 20 Students

At The Actors’ Forum we invite actors to come in and work on the material of their choice - MONOLOGUES, SCENES, SONGS, or AUDITION MATERIAL. Discussions will yield positive, constructive, and professional feedback. The Actors’ Forum will provide discovery of new skills and techniques while bringing joy and confidence to the craft of acting. All adult actors are welcome to attend and practice their craft!
